Our founder, El Lambert, grew up the son of a preacher who was also an incredible vocalist. From an early age, El learned that the voice is the ultimate conduit for human connection. Over a career spanning decades as a professional vocalist, instructor, and public speaker, he lived the grueling realities, exhausting schedules, and vocal tolls that come with commanding a room.

Through years of touring and teaching, he realized a frustrating truth: while physical athletes have an entire industry dedicated to their recovery, vocal professionals are left to navigate preservation on their own.
